Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your StatHoarder account and associated data using either of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open the StatHoarder app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account is deactivated immediately, and your personal records are removed from our active database within approximately 30 days.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email stathoarder@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account."
We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile (name, email, profile photo)
- Your league memberships
- Chat messages you sent
- Announcements and posts you created
- RSVPs and game responses
- Push notification tokens
What happens to leagues you manage
If you are the admin of an active league, you will be prompted to either transfer ownership to another member or disband the league before your account can be deleted. This ensures other members are not left without a manager.
What is retained, and why
Some data must be retained for legal, financial, or operational reasons:
- Payment records are not held by StatHoarder. We do not process player payments and never store card or bank details. Any record of dues you paid is kept by your League Manager, and you should contact them directly about it.
- Aggregated league statistics that no longer identify you personally may remain in historical league records (e.g. final standings of a completed season).
- Backups of our database may contain your data for up to 30 days after deletion before being purged.
