End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you ("you," "user," "manager," or "player") and Khizrali Kradiya ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the StatHoarder mobile application (the "Application"). By accessing the Application, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms.

1. Acknowledgment

This agreement is concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Application and its content.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Application. Our signup process requires you to enter a date of birth and rejects any age below 13. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf. Your date of birth is locked after signup; corrections require contacting us at takeover.to123@gmail.com. 2. Scope of License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Maintenance and Support

We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish such services.

4. Payments and Fees

The Application facilitates the collection of real-world league dues via Stripe. StatHoarder applies a non-refundable 6% platform fee per transaction, plus standard Stripe processing fees (~3.4% + $0.30). In the event of a refund, StatHoarder retains its platform fee and Stripe retains its processing fee — both are non-recoverable. Players will receive their original dues amount minus both fees to their original payment method. All payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to their terms of service.

5. User-Generated Content & Acceptable Use (Zero Tolerance Policy)

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, harassing, or otherwise unlawful. We provide in-app mechanisms to flag content and block users. We will act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and/or ejecting the user.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Application is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, and graphics, alongside the trademarks, are owned or controlled by us.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including physical injury sustained during real-world sports activities organized through the app. StatHoarder is a league management platform only and does not supervise, coordinate, or assume responsibility for the physical conduct of any real-world sporting event.

8. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.

9. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Texas. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
