FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do league dues and payments work?
StatHoarder uses Stripe to securely process all league dues. When you pay your dues through the app, the funds go directly to your League Manager's linked bank account. Please note that StatHoarder applies a non-refundable 6% platform fee per transaction, plus standard Stripe processing fees (~3.4% + $0.30), all of which are absorbed by the commissioner — players pay only what the commissioner sets.
Can I get a refund for my league dues?
In the event a League Manager disbands a league, StatHoarder will automatically process refunds to all paid members. League Managers may also issue individual refunds to players at their discretion. In all cases, both StatHoarder's 6% platform fee and Stripe's processing fee (~3.4% + $0.30) are non-recoverable. Players will receive the remainder of their dues back to their original payment method.
How do I report abusive behavior or inappropriate content?
We have a strict Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable content, harassment, or abusive users. If you encounter defamatory, explicit, or threatening behavior, please use the in-app reporting tools to flag the content.
What happens if someone enters the wrong game score?
Maintaining the integrity of the league is incredibly important. Intentionally falsifying game scores, player statistics, or team standings is a violation of our terms. If a score needs to be corrected, please reach out to your League Manager to adjust the official record.
How do I delete my StatHoarder account?

You can permanently delete your account at any time right from the app. Navigate to the Settings/Profile menu and select Delete Account. Your personal records will be removed from our active database.

Note: To preserve the integrity of the season's standings and chat history for the rest of your league, past game scores you entered or chat messages you sent will remain visible, but they will no longer be linked to your personally identifiable account.

What is the $150 organization vetting fee?
The $150 fee is a one-time, real-world service fee for vetting and verifying your league organization. It is not a digital purchase or subscription. This fee is fully refundable (minus Stripe's processing fee) if you disband your league before any games are finalized. Once a game has been finalized, the fee becomes non-refundable as the service has been utilized.
I'm a parent — how do I report a child under 13 using StatHoarder?

StatHoarder requires all users to be at least 13 years old. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email takeover.to123@gmail.com with the username or email address tied to the account.

We'll verify your request and, upon verification, delete the account and all associated personal information within 10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete. See our Privacy Policy for the full process.
